On 1/4/2024 I was TOLD that I was dropped from north Georgia nursing academy surgical technologist program, by ******************* (director), for reasons that I feel were inaccurate and not true. Prior to this action being taken by ********************* made several documented steps to address the problems at hand but was ignored or denied simply because I didnt do it her way, which I had no longer felt safe or comfortable doing and I expressed that to her as well as members of her staff.I am writing you to strongly encourage an investigation on North Georgia Nursing Academy and the director of the school ******************* for her actions not only against me but my fellow classmates as well. I am also hoping that her decision to drop me from a program that I fully satisfied all requirements (academically) in order to complete the program will be overturned and I am granted the right to obtain not only what I rightfully earned but deserve as well. In April of 2023 I enrolled in a surgical technologist program that was set to last 9 months not including externship. Those 9 months consisted of classroom lectures, lab room lectures and lab check offs that had to be completed with a passing grade in order to be placed for externship. On 11/30/23 I satisfied all 3 of those. The overall cost of this program was $7,500 and I paid $6,400 into the program. I owe a balance of $1,093 which I never refused to pay I just no longer felt comfortable making payments over the phone. I offered to come in person to pay the balance as well as address any other issues that needed to be addressed but was refused and eventually dropped from a program because of (non payment)

I have sent over all attachments to GNPEC as well as all documents and corresponded in related to the student ***********************.  It was way too many to add on here. I am having them review everything.  If you would like and need to talk to me, please call me ************. The student accusations are false, and I have all documentation to prove that. Thanks, *******************

I am rejecting this response because: ******************* have not and will not provide original documents. She has had more than enough time to create false documents as well as back date them to her benefit. She will not submit any emails of our conversations only documents that she was able to print out and backdate. She has no proof that I didnt complete the program within the time frame that I was given or proof that I refused to make an attempt to meet her in person to address this issue. I am almost certain that any documentation she has submitted has never been seen, signed or sent to me via mail or email.

    Sincerely,

    Deyongta Franklin
