  The WORST COMPANY. DO NOT GO HERE! I payed for a German ***** clearout. I am moving and wanted my apartment sprayed while my things were packed up to keep them from getting in my things. And they told us to empty out cabinets and corners so the service could be carried throughout the apartment. They also said we would have to leave the home for 3-4 hours. EVERY Crack and crevice and room would be sprayed. When the technician, *****, arrived December 12th, He ONLY sprayed the kitchen. He only wanted to spray with a can where he sees '***** activity' I requested he dust the couch and tvs. My mother and I asked if we would need to leave he said NO which was different than what was described to us for the process of this service. He put dusting above my doors WHICH WE HAD TO REQUEST HIM TO DO. He DID NOT SPRAY ANY OTHER ROOMS. Nor fog some areas NOR Vacuum anything up. I called to complain because next day there was a baby ***** crawling up the lamp in my room. And two adult roaches trying to crawl towards my couch in the day time while I was sitting there. One actually got ONto my leg. This has to be because they're running from the kitchen counter he sprayed. And into everything else. Mind you, my things are sitting around packed up. After the complaint they sent ***** back out and he DID the EXACT SAME SPRAY AND TOLD ME WHAT HE IS SPRAYING IS LIKE RAID AND ONLY A CONTACT SPRAY. WHEN I CALLED THEM INITIALLY INQUIRING ON THIS SERVICE PACKAGE THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A SPRAY THAT LAST UP TO ***** DAYS!!!!!!! HE USED A CAN WITH A STRAW ON IT TO SPRAY MY KITCHEN. NO, RESIDUAL CHEMICAL THROUGHOUT THE HOME THAT WILL KILL AND LAY UP TO 90 OR MORE DAYS!!! I SPOKE WITH THEIR LEAD TECHNICIAN AND HE TOLD ME THE TRUE PROCESS. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. .
