      Our Heating was running on Auxiliary so we call Gee for service. A tech came out and told us it was the coils and it would cost $2155 to fix for warranty work. Another team of two came over and completed the work in more time than what was quoted however the heat wasnt warm and they called 2 additional techs to come and figure out why. We were told that it could be several different reasons so they would get the company to authorize a replacement of the entire unit sincee it was under warranty. A few days later we received a quote for $7k for warranty work We didnt feel good that they did t seem to really know the true root cause so we called another company to come out to just diagnose the unit. They quoted and fixed the problem for $1k for labor and parts. We refit o pay an invoice that never corrected the problem as we dont feel the coils were ever an issue in the first place. We will not use them and want others to be careful when using a company that has bad practices and technical folks not trained to understand the entire unit.

      I had Gee HVAC offer me a free Winterize Checkup on my system, after checking out my system they told me I need a new unit and it will cost $13000. When they left my house, my system would not heat my house. After talking to the owner, he sent over two more Techs who again tried to sell me a $13,000 unit. I have never seen a company come into a home, deliberately break a component and not fix the problem. My Heater will not work, my family is sitting in a 50 degree home freezing, when I told the owner this he did not care about my problem which started by his company breaking my unit and not fix it back for it to work.

I understand how upsetting it must be to feel like your heating system was functioning prior to our visit and then stopped working afterward. Please know that our technicians are trained professionals whose goal is to accurately assess the condition of the equipment and offer solutions based on safety, performance, and long-term reliability.
      That said, it is never acceptable for a customer to feel abandoned or ignoredespecially when your family is without heat. If anything we did contributed to your system not functioning properly, we will take full accountability and correct it.       I am rejecting this response because: Gee HVAC are cheats and liars, they didn't care about my family when they walked into my home, deliberately broke a part on my HVAC unit and tried to milk me to pay them over $8,000 for parts that were never needed to repair the problem. I hope they are exposed for who they really are and other homeowners in ******* don't have to go through what my family had to experience - 5 of the coldest days I have ever lived while Gee HVAC held a knife to my families throat until we paid their ****** price.

      I contacted Gee Heating and Air to check on our air conditioner as it was not blowing cold air well last year. They recommended changing out the 2 HVAC units. Fine. Last month, the downstairs AC stopped working. The tech said the compressor was not working and that they have to order a part. I didn't hear back and called 2x this month. Finally, they said they were sending a **********. Fine. The ********** came today and after working on the **** units, he said he confirmed it was the compressor that was busted. What the--??? I was livid. I wasted another day for a 2nd tech to come ONE MONTH after the initial ********** said they will order a part for the compressor, just for this 2nd ********** to tell me, yes it is the compressor that is the problem. What is this delaying tactic? If they are still waiting for the part, come out and say so! We have been without air for several weeks and soon we will need the heater on. I asked this 2nd ********** if this is normal protocol to send out another ********** after a month to confirm what the first one concluded and he said no. Previous to this, they scheduled a ********** to check the plumbing portion and the ********** was a no show, no explanation from this company. Unprofessional! I regret contacting this company and giving them our business.I am looking at my options but they need to fix this problem first. I paid a hefty price to replace 2 HVAC at their recommendation!

      07/02/2024 Condensing installed is undersized 2 1/2 ton unit installed should have been 3 1/2 ( minimum) so calculation wasnt correct . This was verified by their tech. *********************. We had made several calls last summer but there only suggestion was to install a 2ed unit for $10k. Only 1/2 the system is working. A friend ( who does hvac ) of ours came over n after noticing how hot it was n took a look at the system - noticed the condenser was wrong size and that is when I called Gee heating &air for them to come back and look. ****** from *** called and said they would replace it at no cost to us , I have called 4 times before a guy named **** called and said he didnt know what I was talking about n would look into - havent heard from him.

      I have called them 6 times in the last 6 months to take my name and address off their mailing list. Each time I am given the assurance it will be done. It has not and every month I still get their post cards soliciting my business. I want this mail stopped. They pay no attention to my request. That tells me they don't care about how a person or customer is treated.

      We had agreed to a new AC unit with a salesman that came to our home on 7/10. At that time Gee **************************** had a promotion going on with 0% Financing with Ally Lending. The gentlemen pulled the link up on his tablet in our kitchen and we proceeded with the application. The first transmission of the credit app didn't go through. The second go round filling out the Ally application, the gentlemen forgot to check the promotion and add the $ 1500 coupon on ***** website. I was reluctant to fill out the application for a third time. He contacted his manager at the office and was assured they would correct it on their end. The following day 7/11/2023 the new unit was installed. I was given a folder with my Invoice. The amount was correct at $7032.94. Fast forward to the beginning of September when we received our first statement from ************. The amount Gee financed was $8574.00. No corrections were made as stated on the 7/10 phone call. Several emails to their offices with a *********************** was getting nowhere. She would not answer my questions or completely ignore my email. Phone calls would put me to voicemail. The only phone call I received back was on 10/20/23. At that time they sent me an email with a link to click to view my estimate. This link was showing the amount of $8574.00, which was the amount they took. I have yet to receive reimbursement from Gee. My conversation with them on 10/20, they stated they can't reimburse, that they adjust with ************. Our no payment, no interest was expiring in January. We paid our Ally bill in full to remain in good credit standing and avoid additional fees from Ally. To date we have not received any replies to my last several emails. As you will see in the upload of documents, the "Estimate" invoice in the amount of $8574.00 has a higher invoice number than my 7/10 agreed rate, and invoice provided on 7/11 at the time of install.

      The tech came out to fix my furnace as heat had gone out. He said heat exchange needed replacement and needed nelp from his supervisor.Turns out supervisor was really a sales pitch!Supervisor said new heat exchanger would cost $4,000 and might take days to find if found at all, meaning I as female in my 80's would be freezing in Feb. temperatures for unknown period of time plus have a huge bill to fix an older HVAC system. I was then told a new system could be installed the next day so I would be warm again. New system quoted at $9,400 when days later Gee website promised it to general public, full price, at $7, 775. With supposed senior discount, I was charged $8, 430.Found out a new heat exchanger would have actually cost less than $1,000.They lied to sell me a new system!I need a refund and apology for the lies.

      As for *************************, this system had many issue with is being a unit installed in 2002. Heat exchanger was cracked with tons of rust, the evaporator coil had leaks, this unit was on its last leg. We went over repairing this system, the cost of that and how it wouldnt be a great investment on a system installed in 2002, over ************************************************** our area with high humidity and hot ******* is usually around 15 years. This system was well beyond its lifespan, we did go over these options with the customer and she agreed with the solution. We honestly do not want anyone to ever feel forced into anything as we try our best to offer all solutions to take care of the homeowner.

      I reached out to Gee heating and air to come out and service my heating and air system. They gave me a quote that I did not consider reasonable and thanked them for their time but told them I was not interested in their services. After this I have been called, emailed, and sent automated text messages numerous times. I have asked multiple times to be removed from their solicitation list, but the messages continue. In the past week I have received three automated texts offering new services. All I want is to be left alone by this business as I have no desire to ever use them.

      Called for an inspection and wanted unit cleaned. Air conditioner worked prior to arrival. Was given a sales pitch and tech called his supervisor out to "help." Took a bunch of pictures and said it would be over $10,000 to repair or $8200 to replace. After the tech left the temperature in my home shot up to over 80 degrees and the rooms in my home that were normally cool/cold are now hot. I have an asthmatic husband and pets in my home that are at risk. I've never had a situation where I called for service and ended up with an emergency situation afterwards.

      We have tried to contact the business numerous times as well as the co owner who responded to my initial complaint. Nobody will return our calls. We keep being told our call will be escalated but after that we get no response. Horrible way to do business.

      They advertised 29 point inspection plus light coil cleaning for $19.89 so after waiting and waisting my day for this guy, he finally came at the end of their time frame which was noon. The man showed me all the dirt by taking pictures on both air handlers and at that point started to look like a sales pitch and not any service at all. then he started to check the compressors and of course released freon by hooking up his guages to tell me I was low and it would probably cost ****** for the one he checked, at that point I new it was a scam to try to sell me on buying new A/C but never even did any coil cleaning as advertised. Gave him a check, said good bye and asked for a reciept and never got one so I called the office and recieved a reciept with 0 payment even though I gave him a check for *****. I suggest you dont use this company because they are NOT there to make this better BUT to hurt you, STAY AWAY!!!
