    Complaint Against Better than it was Customs I've been using ****'s services at "Better than it was Customs" . However, this has resulted in numerous serious issues with my motorcycles.1. GZ 250 Incident: After **** adjusted the valves, the engine blew up due to a valve hitting the cylinder head. I was forced to fix the issue myself without charging him for the damage caused.2. CBR 600 F2 Frame Swap: During a frame swap, **** neglected to install two essential engine bolts, leading to severe vibrations. He also snapped the engine temperature sensor and never resolved the vibration issue. Additionally, he removed a crucial vacuum line from the carburetor to the petcock, which negatively affected the bike's fuel regulation and overall performance.3. Excessive Use: While in his care, **** drove my motorcycle 700 miles in less than a month, which is excessive and unjustified, especially considering that I have only driven the bike 3-4k miles in the two years I've owned it.4. Fairings Installation: **** installed new fairings but ignored the included heat-resistant material, resulting in the front fairing melting. This happened despite my asking him if the material was necessary, to which he assured me it wasnt.5. Misuse of Oil and Tools: **** used engine oil I provided for my bike on his own motorcycle and never replaced it as promised. He also had me purchase an engine camera from *********** promising to reimburse me, but failed to do so.Despite paying for these services, my motorcycle still has unresolved issues. **** has been unresponsive to my attempts to address these problems, despite assuring me that I could return if there were any issues.I am seeking a resolution through the BBB to hold **** accountable for his unprofessional conduct and to recover the losses I've incurred due to his subpar work.I paid **** $300-350 for the engine swap and $250 for fixing vibration and replacing coils and installing exhaust

    Good day, thanks for bringing this complaint to my attention, however, it is completely inaccurate. This person.

    It's trying to get services for free

    And has done this on several occasions with other people who have been working with this individual to be able to provide professional services just to not receive their fair wages.  It really is a shame that it would come to this point for which I am truly sorry for the inconvenience it has caused.
