    My husband and I purchased a washer, dryer and a refrigerator two weeks ago... They were delivered Monday Aug 5th and we tried to use the washer on Aug 10th and the water started leaking all over our floor. We went back up to the store the same day on Aug 10th. They informed us that a tech would have to come out and look at the washer. The Tech came out on Aug 16th and stated that the washer could not be fixed and that it needs to be replace. The drum of the washer has a BIG HOLE in it. So basically, we were delivered a washer that was already damaged. The tech took off the cover of the drum and stated that this item should have never been sold. My husband went back up to the store on Aug 21st to get a replacement. The tech that came out approved that we needed to get another washer. He was then told that he had to purchase a new washer in order to get a refund on the old washer. I have never heard of such foolishness a day in my freaking life. The only thing we are trying to do is get a working washer. I would really hate to take this to the news and the BBB... This is highly ridicules and very unprofessional for a company to tell the consumer they have to buy another washer in order to get a refund on the washer that was SOLD TO US DAMAGED! It's bad enough that the refrigerator is leaking as well, and the seal is broken on the door. this company has the audacity to tell us that we need to purchase a new washer and bring it back as well. We pay for delivery and a washer we can't even use. I would greatly appreciate if some can call us back to rectify the matter. So far, we have received VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....
