New Image Towing has my vehicle in their impound lot and is acting in a very unethical manner.UPDATE: Today, they told me that if I don't pick up my vehicle by June 19th that they are going to sell it.NEVER MIND THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM ALMOST 1700 DOLLARS THEY"RE JUST GOING TO KEEP THAT I ALREADY ASKED ROR IT BACK AND THEY SAID NO I WILL *** THE **** OUT OF THIS PLACE THEY ARE NOT TAKING MY CAR AND MY MONEY CROOKS THIEVES UPDATE: Today, they told me that they don't offer "services" (whatever that means) but they COULD HAVE changed the tire on my car THREE WEEKS AGO when I was there for it and saved me HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.Unfortunately, no one thought it was important to tell me this, and when I asked why no one said anything, I was told "you should have asked".Their representative was right in front of my car, knew about the flat tire was was ******* me off the property. This incident has now cost me almost $2000, and after all is said and done, will cost me more than that.Utterly ridiculous.---------------------------------------------Ridiculous. Left my car, which was full of valuables, sitting unlocked in the impound lot. No one was there when I arrived. There are two different lots, so make sure you go to the right one first. Confusing.
