    Wedding was June 11. Honest review for business Pros Great decorations (didnt get request floating lit candles)Great location to highway and other shopping places CONS Miscommunication ALOT We received a **** **** for alcohol 9 days before wedding which was short notice and I asked about it 6 MONTHS PRIOR and was given wrong info but they DID NOTHING TO FIX IT SINCE THEY WERE WRONG I bought a signature drink for *************************************************************************************************************************** had no knowledge it was a paid drink( no sign saying free)No places for you to take pics after ceremony (you have to walk at entrance near road for pics) IT WAS HOT THAT DAY and theY barely let us use inside but we wait outside for ***************************************************** was outside bc it was HOT(air was not on despite what they say) our makeup was sweating off DJ **** and when we asked why speakers was sounding broke and music was skipping he said he dont care HE ALREADY GOT PAID HE DIDNT PLAY MUSIC I SENT CORRECTLY HE SEEMED INEXPERIENCED FOOD WAS OK (our package stated asparagus but we got GREEN BEANS (sign for food said it too)WE PAID FOR TACOS DURING HAPPY HOUR JUST TO GET NOTICE RIGht BEFORE FIRST DANCE IT WASNT SERVED SO SHE GAVE US SPARKLERS (in which I NEVER WANTED) I NEVER GOT TO CHOOSE ANYTHING ELSE EITHER not option for a refund Also we paid for plates dinner however there were no servers just buffet style and then they said we had 13 guest over but I find it strange when ppl went back for seconds and they were giving food away but we owe 700 MY WEDDING WAS RUINED AND COULDNT EVEN GET GOOD PICS and WE SPENT ****** and got no refunds and they wont respond to my emails or text for resolution

    I am rejecting this response because: upon reading her response to my issues a lot of her response was not taken fault for me and my experience. Instead of taking fault she has Put blame on children having a small fight at the wedding but the fight was not brought up from me because it had nothing to do with my experience with the venue I trusted to make my experience a good memorable one.

    In response to bar issues there were no efforts to fix error that was from their behalf when I reached out in November which was enough time for us to pay for a bar that we wanted from my screenshot. Our alcohol selection for the bar we design it was on the contract already so they knew the type of alcohol alcohol we were willing to purchase however we did not get a price because she told us ***** that she will reach back out months before wedding to confirm if we still wanted the alcohol in which she reached out six days before our wedding day with a $**** ****. The reasoning for my tax in November was because we wanted clarification on if the bar was included in our final price that we received on the contract or not and based on the text message from the venue they said it was included. However I did speak with ***** within the six days leading up to the wedding in regards to a bar resolution that I could afford since the venue was not going to at least provide a discount. I also noticed that she did not subtract the amount of guest under 21 that could not drink because she stated the number was too high (proof on my wedding registry with number count ) that I provided and when I received the **** it was for $1300 for a signature drink that was supposed to be free to guest until it ran out . I was told to use my credit card and just front the **** for **** Via phone  when I spoke with *****.I would like to see some photo she have because my video photographer took pics and she stated there were no sign indicating that there was courtesy rum punch for the guest at no charge nor my guest until we walked around telling them but it was near end of night. My Guest were informed prior to wedding that we were having a cash bar. On our wedding day there were guest who purchased tickets for alcohol with no discrepancies. We are not in control of who brings what to the venue when the issue was brought to me about a guest having an open container on the property I did speak with guest and informed him that that was not tolerated on the property and he removed container.

     

    in response to pictures after ceremony I have my vendor testimony that I can provide if needed that she also stated that the venue was being a little difficult with time for taking pictures she was also told by venue that they had a beautiful brick wall that we could use for photos after the ceremony but she was never directed to wall by one one at venue .my photographer attempted to reach out to the venue to find the brick wall however she receive no help we also tried to find the wall just to find out that the brick wall was at the entrance of the venue which is at least 100 feet from the venue  my photographer can a confirm as being outside in the heat waiting for someone from the venue to direct us about taking photos inside the venue she stated that when she asked about coming in to take photos they were told that she couldnt because they were trying to set up for the reception  however upon the venue hearing that we were angry 10 minutes later we were in but we were already outside for at least 30 minutes sweating makeup off .Also she stated that you can view the venue on Instagram however she have two different locations and Upon my observation on the social media account she does not show the brick wall that shes referring to nor the distance from the venue to the brick wall as well.my photographer also has video where my husband was standing at the altar with a small fan because it was so hot. I also had a bridesmaid who mentioned to ***** that it was hot but ***** stated she will turn down the air but she never offered to put out face.I have a text her review that she tried to post on ****** however its not visible to the public.My guess were not in and out they were mostly out because it was a small space and very hot there were no extra fans out the salt at the bride and groom table.

    A response to the food issue they did reach out about changes but it was only regarding the salary I received no other information about any changes. I also feel that it was not a fair trade in regards to the tacos because she knew before the wedding they were not going to be sir but she did not inform me nor my husband who requested for the special service during cocktail hour. During the cocktail hour we observe fruit and cheese that were already sitting out for the guests after the ceremony but they still never say anything to us during the cocktail hour.  I nor my husband care for the sparklers which is why we feel as if it was not a fair trade we knew about the sparklers and other options that we could pay for when signing the contract and opted out there was no financial barriers we just did not want sparklers at our wedding .

    in response to her saying that we had no issues and she recorded us smiling and waving about decorations. She recorded me and my husband doing a reveal of the decorations for the reception again I never stated that I did not like the decorations because they were beautiful however I stated I did not nor did I receive any Notification about floating candles not being available for my wedding upon my request. 

    in closing my intentions is not too bash venue  but only make the venue aware of my bad experience while dealing with this venue for my special day. I have cried since the wedding because I feel that I do not have special photos to look back on without remembering how things went wrong on behalf of this being that  we trusted and also Paid for all inclusive package just to have bad Dj, air issues, lack of communication during day , being taking advantage of on alcohol we paid for and being accused of lying about my experience to have less stress to only have more stress. I also tried to post a review on ****** however the venue will not approve my request so that it can be public because she do not want to ruin her reputation but I want to make sure that other right dont have the same experience as me. I still feel like the company should at least consider partial payment for pain and suffering that we experienced on this special day.

    I am rejecting this response because venue have not issued a refund to me nor my husband. I am respectfully asking for a invoice for ** services since this was not part of contract outlining his fee. I am also requesting receipt showing refund was made to us. We made payments for wedding via zelle from husband account that is on file with venue and we have confirmed that no refunds have been received from Le Fasis do-do.  I have spoken with my attorney in regards to compensation for pain and suffering from this experience.
