    I purchased an item from this store that was defective. When I went to return to the store to return the defective product they refused me a refund. I did not want a refund because I did not want to risk purchasing another defective item. I also live out of state and it is a large inconvenience to drive back and forth for defective product. The staff was rude and accused me of recording me when I did not. They essentially forced me to pick out other items and would not refund me any part of the cost. Even though consumer policy in ** states if an item is defective it should constitute a refund.

    We offered this customer our ********************** policy which states no refunds and is posted throughout the store. We offer exchanges or store credit only. Customer was offered an exchange and she stated she did not want another one of the products, so we offered store credit. The customer and her husband accepted the ********************** credit and then purchased several more items before leaving the store. We find it unfortunate that anyone has a bad experience in our store. We appreciate it being brought to our attention, but we do back our store policies.
