Highly recommended! I never met Chris B**** before he performed my pre-purchase home inspection, so I was a little uncertain about what to expect from his work, having had less than satisfactory experiences with other home inspectors in the past. However, Mr. B**** exceeded all my expectations. His work was thorough, including photos and explanations, and he answered all my questions. He provided a very complete report on the same day of the inspection and answered my follow-up questions. The price was fair for the work done. I have nothing but praise for the quality of his work based on my experience with him.

Chris was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. He was very honest with how much certain repairs could cost. He was also very thorough in his inspection with nothing all the little nooks and crannies. The cost was very very reasonable compared to all the other quotes we got.
