    We wanted to have a home inspected before we purchased it. On March *** 2022 I paid Brandon ******* of Pillar to Post $595 for a home inspection. When he arrived he walked around for about 10 minutes before calling to tell me that he could not complete the inspection at that time and we would need to contact him again once the property had been emptied of the previous owners belongings and was cleaned up. Once we started working with the bank in late April, they told us we had to use their inspector and appraiser. In late May I attempted to contact Pillar to Post through their website to ask for a refund since no inspection had been done. I never heard back. On June **** I emailed Mr. ******* directly as his email was listed on my receipt, then again on June ***** I have also left a couple of voicemails and I have still not heard a word from Pillar to Post or Mr. *******.
    I paid in full, up front, for a service that was never performed. No inspection was done, no report was delivered and other than the phone call telling me he could not do the inspection, I have had no contact from anyone.

    Ms ***** received a full refund on ******* when I received her email requesting a refund. I had inadvertently missed her previous email. I never received a voicemail from Ms *****. Our last communication was that the house would be cleaned out & we would return to inspect the home. We regret the miscommunication on our part. We always want our clients to be happy with our services.
