    It's ***** 15,2023. I've been trying to get my dishwasher fixed since December, 2022. After a month first appointment cancelled bc he had the flu. two weeks later,second appt cancelled because of family emergency. A week later, he showed up and said he needed to order a part. After waiting a month for the part, he showed up again and said they sent me the wrong part but he would be back the next day. Didn't show up the next day (Friday) because "his car broke down" but he would contact me over the weekend. Never contacted me. Called the company, they said he went on his honeymoon for a week, but they scheduled me for today ay 9:00am. Here it is, after 9:00, no tech, no phone call. Beyond a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Going to consider taking them to court, but they p[ropbably just won't show up. I wish there was an option of giving negative stars, I don't even want to give 1.

    Worst most incompetent company I have ever had to work with in over 40 years. After six weeks waiting for a $20 spa tub switch it still has not been ordered while it is readily available on Amazon. No one can answer as to when the problem will be fixed, same story every time I call "we will call you when we find out what happened" Its pretty useless information.

    This company is terrible! Super incompetent! Ive been without hot water for over a month because this company will not deliver on what they promised. Please dont use this company. Theyll only give you the run around if you can reach them on the phone! Youve been warned!

    Most unprofessional company. They were assigned to come out and fix some plumbing issues. No one called or showed up. When I called the they lied about informing me and leaving a vicemail.And then rescheduled, but the same story repeated, no one showed up on rescheduled date either.Never working with them again.

    I got a job to contract work giteck/vtech . I would go to customer house to diagnose problems, it was difficult to get work authorization and parts to repair every job. No paycheck was ever on time,they still owes me for 2 weeks of work. No answer from phone or emails, ill never get paid. If you are considering working for these people It will end badly.

    I have been waiting for my wall repair for weeks. Nobody answers calls, many times the voicemail is full. I already paid extra expenses for this repair and still no one shows up. Too bad they don't have a ****** or ******** page to put this feedback on.
