    About April 2022 I signed a contract with rv roof install to replace the roof on my rv. RV roof install runs about six months behind and the require a 25% down payment to get in line which I paid approximately $3,300.00. They have a clause in the contract 25% fee to cancel he contract. I am unable to fulfill my end of the contract because I no longer have the RV. The RV got hit in a camp ground I couldn’t get those repairs completed timely and traded it in. I requested a refund of the deposit and was denied. RV Roof Install is not negotiating in good faith. I’m unable to fulfill my end of the contract due to circumstances out of my control and want to be released from this contract with a full refund of my deposit Thank you for your help ****** *******

    Customer signed a contract outlining the contract fee. Customer claims that his camper was hit at a campground and he spent 8 weeks trying to get estimates to repair the rear cap. All this was unknown to us and the customer never reached out to us for a quote for the said damage that we could've repaired at our shop. 

    Customer's claim that the repairs could not be completed in time for roof installation is absurd. We would have worked the schedule if the coach needed to go to another shop and not ours. Customer admits to signing the contract and admits he traded the RV in for a new one knowing he had an open contract with us. The bottom line is that the customer simply wanted a new RV and breached his contract. This is not a valid complaint. All TOS are in clear legible script, there is no fine print. 
    The customer has since threatened to blackmail us by "exposing" our TOS and badmouth us on social media and continues to harass us by emailing us informing us of the media sources he has written bad reviews about us on. 

    We have very few complaints, the ones we do have are due to customers wanting more than they want to pay for or not abiding by the TOS and warranty procedures.

    Understand, the damage the customer coach suffered could have been completed through our shop. The customer never told us about any damage to the coach at the campground because he knew we could fix it. We are an RV roof and rebuild shop. The customer is using this excuse to justify his decision to breach a contract and trade his coach in for a new one.

    I absolutely contacted RV Roof Install and was informed that they were not Body/paint shop and they were unable to refer me to anybody in the area to do the work. This company clearly does not operate does not operate in good faith but rather a I gotcha mind set.
