    Our AC went out and we reached out to Sean and he had someone there within a few hours. They were able to fix it and at a very fair price. This is the second time we have used him and both times, they were prompt and AC is still going strong. Highly recommend them.

    I recently had my HVAC unit replaced by Air Clean Technology, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly dependable. Their team arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and their customer service was top-notch. This is definitely the most dependable company I've dealt with. I highly recommend Air Clean Technology for any HVAC needs!

    The ducts were cleaned fairly well. However, the heat pump was not replaced flush with the foundation. There are large gaps on each side which will allow wild animals entry under my home to live and do damage. The owner of this company will not take my phone calls. I texted him with the complaint and photos. He responded with a text that stated the heat pump was like that before work was started. That is not true. I have photos and eye witnesses to prove it. The estimate stated “Satisfaction Guaranteed.” I am not satisfied. Since he is not willing to fix the problem, I will need to hire someone else to do the work.

    I do apologize for the problem and the fact that you were not satisfied but as I mentioned on the one occasion that you contacted me that I would in fact fix the problem as soon as I could and within a week of that you filed complaint. I have photos that the gap you mentioned was there before we done any work but I was willing to fix it at no cost to you but was not given adequate time to get a crew by before complaint was filed.
