    I called this company for an estimate for several large repairs I needed because of a water leak. They made an appointment with me 2 weeks out, but showed up a week early and I was just heading out the door. Then she said she would email me an estimate. I kept looking but after many days, I called them. She said she will get it emailed that day. I checked my spam etc., but still no email from them. I called again twice and left a message but got no calls back. I called again and she said she'd get me an estimate that day too, again. I never heard from her. I can't imagine how this company has survived this long with service like this. I initially really liked her, but she has been very disrespectful to me and she lost a lot of huge jobs, because of this unprofessional non-service!

    This company was contracted on **** **, 2022 to install a replacement storm door on my home's entrance door. I supplied the replacement door. The contractor supplied only the labor for a cost of $125.00. The contractor's installers arrived to install the door on **** *, 2022. The contractor demanded payment before the installers left my home. After the installers left, I was able to thoroughly inspect the work. The contractor's installers did not follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer with the new door. Their incorrect installation left large air gaps at the bottom and top of the storm door. As installed, the door was useless for weather or insect protection. The door installation needed to be corrected. I have attempted to contact the contractor via telephone, email and ******** Messenger without any response to date. I am an 82 years old senior citizen and veteran. My wife is a 72 years old senior citizen. We can't afford to be scammed out of our meager home maintenance funds!
