I do not recommend this facility for ANYONE!!!!!!I DO NOT recommend this assisted living to ANYONE., it is very pretty on the inside but a TOXIC PLACE....the executive director and head staff only care about the money NOT THE RESIDENT, in my opinion, the people are a room number and a dollar sign, my sister was there and we tried and tried with the director who likes to try and bully people, including the workers there., and in my opinion the corporate office is NO BETTER, which we went to also trying to get things done in a proper way., if you want you loved one to be where people care then this is NOT YOUR PLACE., its all good when you first move in and they promise you the sky but then if things with your loved ones health starts to fall off or needs more care ..... even when you are paying extra for more care., YOU BECOME THE PROBLEM....they don't want to have to take extra care with your loved ones...I will say there were a few good CNA's that cared but not many..I am entitled according to my 1st Amendment rights to be able to have freedom of speech and in this right I AM SPEAKING TRUTH AND IN MY OPINION I DO NOT RECOMMEND MANOR LAKE IN ***** ******* FOR YOU LOVED ONES!!!!!!!!PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION WHEN YOU READ THEIR REPLY BECAUSE IT'S ALL PRE-WRITTEN ...you will see same reply on several complaints....its all a form....and it is far from being TRUTH....As long as your love one is in assisted living and can be high functioning they are happy you are there but let something get slight bit off and like i said YOU BECOME THE PROBLEM, and they rather you leave and them rent the room all over again ...it's not about caring for the resident...IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE THERE YOU NEED TO PUT A CAMERA IN THEIR ROOM, THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND HOW MANY TIMES THEY COME IN THROUGH THE ***** OR DON'T....AS WE FOUND OUT...AND HOW THEY TREAT YOUR LOVED ONE....WE should have moved my sister way before we did., and regret we didn't ....
