    This person runs our neighborhood "HOA" but we do not have covenants. It is registered as a domestic nonprofit but we have not been sent a year-end statement explaining where our money is going. We paid our water bill but have not paid our lot fees and they are threatening us to turn off our water on 4/26/2024. Again the water bill is paid and we are on a neighborhood well. At this point, they are stealing people's money.
