    On 9/10/2024 I ordered my rims and tires I was told I had to make a $117.70 non refundable deposit for this order. I was told the tires would be in generally in a few days and the wheels about 2 weeks. I got the call for the tires next day and there was an issue with sizes and this got resolved. The wheels I kept following up on and I would call and be told we will call You back and never got that call. One day I happen to be in the area and one of the owners/Managers were in the office and this young man was looking into my order and even noticed I had been waiting a while. The guy would not come out the office to talk to me. Instead yells that he checks his emails everyday and and thats all he knows and that they will let me know and that the hurricane delayed this. After this I was afraid to go back or call to check on my wheels. I do not want to do any business here and want a refund as they did not provide me any services nor any follow up and when I asked for the follow up I was to made out like I was wrong doing this and asking.

    Early payoff did not get discounted Weekly payment taken from my checking acct on same day numerous times was told they would fix issue every time so that didnt happen Was told they had no ************* my acct **************** was not acceptable to any issues with resolve Never sent or emailed copy of my receipt

    I paid $2800 for what I thought were new tires and rims. When I originally went in and chose the tires and rims that I wanted, they were not able to install them that day, so I scheduled to have them installed the next day. When I went home I searched online and found new rims and tires exactly like theirs that were already mounted and balanced and free shipping for $1000 less than what they wanted for theirs. So when I came the next day I showed them this and he said he would match their price. They ordered new tires and I had them installed a few days later. A few days after installation I noticed that I had an air leak. Took it to a tire shop near my house and they discovered that one of the rims they sold me was cracked in two places. The air was leaking from the cracks. I called them and told them about it and they told me to bring the truck in and they would take care of it. I live about an hour away. When I got there they told me the rims are not under any warranty and asked if I wanted to buy a new rim. I was so upset that I just replied, "No". If I had said anymore the way I was feeling right then, it would have gotten really ugly. If I knew these were used rims and had no warranty, I would not have bought them. I would have gotten the better deal offline that did have a warranty for the same price. I have only driven the truck about a month since having the rims installed because it needs some engine work. I would like my money back and I will give them their tires and rims back or for them to replace the damaged rim they sold me with a new rim. This account #******** they gave me is only for the tires I think.
