DO NOT USE THIS BUS COMPANY I just returned from a 3 day overnight school trip with my child and we used this company. I do not know where to start about how awful this bus experience was. First off, the driver never returned our greetings to her. I would say she was very unfriendly, but she was beyond that, and straight rude. So off the bat, she had an attitude. She changed the direction of our trip so many times we had to call and cancel our lunch because she wanted to go a different way, thats fine, we went along with it. After lunch, she took up back towards home! We did not notice until about 20 minutes into this and had to tell her to tell her were going the opposite direction of our destination. She went way off course, down roads that are definitely not for charter buses. Our school goes on this trip every year. She parked on a road and wanted our kids to walk 3 blocks to the beach, when a staff member told her that we always turn down this road and it has a big parking lot with that loops back to the road. She said cool and did nothing. On our way home, staff told her everyone needed a restroom, and she pulled into a sketchy small gas station, when there was a giant ********* directly across the road, with a red light so it wouldve been easy to get in and out. I would understand if we were in the middle of no where, but we were NOT, there were many options to stop at! Common courtesy with a bus full of children would be a decent rest stop! On top of everything else, she swerved all over! I felt sea sick when we got home. She also seemed to take her time on the road especially on our way, we were all sure she was under the speed limit, until we were close to home and and THEN she started speeding up around all the curves dangerously. Look, we are a small town with good southern manners, we greeted her nicely. But she was beyond rude and disrespectful our whole trip. Not to mention the unsafe driving. The bus was not nice either! I could go on
