    Total con artist. Im out $3,000 on a $5,300 job that was not done properly and needs to be redone. He wont return deposit. He also drinks on the job while operating machines

    Total con artist. Will ask for prepayment, however work will not ever be completed. I am out 3K. DO NOT HIRE.

    The owner of this "business" takes your money, does just enough low quality work to make you think he is legit and then becomes very elusive. He takes your money but does not complete the work. He doesn't really even have a crew to do the work. He makes promises that are never kept. He will literally tell you he is "on his way" to the job and NEVER show. Do NOT hire AS-1 Builds. This company is a fraud and the owner is one of the most dishonest people that I have ever dealt with. He will talk the talk, but he doesn't walk the walk. He will make you a deal that seems "too good to be true", because it is. The job bid he gave us was WAY underbid. He can afford to do this because he never intends to really do the work. I have spoken with at 2 other people that have had similar experiences with this business and its owner. I have also spoken to previous employees of his that have "cut ties" with him due to his dishonest dealings with his customers. I just want to get the word out in whatever way that I can to help save someone the same loss and heartache that we have experienced.
