      Vin #*****************. I recently received another recall notice for the Integregated Climate Control Unit (ICCU). The first time my car went in for the regen braking and they noticed there was no **** DTCS stored at the time and had to perform an ICCU software update. This was 17NOV23. The next time was the original recall for the **** replacement. I sent my car in on 30JUL24. They didn't communicate with me during this time and I had to keep calling them for updates. Finally on 05SEP24 I called and they told me the car was finished and ready for pickup. During this time I didn't receive a loner vehicle at all and they didn't care about how I was getting around even though they had my only form of Transportation. All of these repairs were covered under warranty thankfully. Today, 26DEC24, I received another notice for the **** repair. This is ridiculous they haven't figured this out about the same issue and the customer service is not as attentive as I originally thought they would be. This problem is reoccurring and I'm tired of it.

      My wife got a car financed here ( buy here pay here). The car was repossessed. Without my name being signed on the loan, this company filed it as a closed account on my credit. I am not responsible for spouse debt in the ****************.
