    I placed an order on December 9th and it is December 20th and the order still has not shipped even though the website claimed items shipped within 3-5 days. I emailed the company two times with no response whatsoever. That is completely unacceptable.

    Placed an order 12/6/23 for Christmas gifts. Advertising states that order will take 5 days. After the 5th day I have emailed the company twice and reached out via social media. All attempts to get feedback on delays have been ignored. It is now *************************************************** the dark on why my items have not shipped. No communication whatsoever. The worst customer service EVER after they have your money.
