    We paid ***** ***************************** of Simply Southern Weddings $750 for wedding coordination services. Our wedding is now three days away (today is 11/09/22, and our wedding is 11/12/22), and we have not been able to get in contact with her since 10/08. She was hired for month of coordinating, and has not done the duties in the contract nor what we have written agreements for. We have paid her in full and she has completely taken our money and ran with it. We know she is still alive and active because we have seen her on social media watching our instagram stories and it has showed "this user was active today" on October 26th, which was when she was suppose to be reaching out to our vendors and communicating to us, but was still ignoring our messages and ghosting us at that time. We have tried calling her different phone numbers, texting, emailing, instagram messages, and honey book messages, and nothing works. We want our money back. Below are the contract details and what she has and hasn't delivered on (Events that don't take place until the wedding I consider a no since we have not heard from her):-One-hour phone meeting to discuss all wedding details (Yes)-Wedding Planning ********************* Vendors List (No)-Custom Day of Wedding Timeline (No)-Contacting and confirming all vendors one week prior to wedding with a reminder email the day before (No)-Coordination of one-hour rehearsal day prior to wedding (No)-Onsite day of coordinator to ensure all vendors arrive and set up at the venue according to the timeline and stay until all guests and vendors have packed up and exited the venue (No)-Set up of all personal items and minimal dcor (No)-Coordination of ceremony and order of events for the day (No)-Cake cutting (No)-Emergency kit provided (No)-Extra day of assistant for weddings over 100 guests (No)
