    October 15, 2021- Present $75 per month ************** The dispute at hand is that Hulsey Service's is want me to pay a max ****** per month for the services of maintaining my septic system. The services have been paid monthly with expectation of not having to take on the burden of maintaining a septic system. The company has been notified in March 2023 that the septic has been faulty releasing septic fumes making living conditions within my home and on my property difficult due to the smell of septic fumes. I have informed the company that I have a disabled child with sensory issues and the smell of the fumes has effected his well being. The company sent out workers on 2 occasions and I was instructed that the smell is "normal" for a septic system. A second opinion was sought out, I was informed by the second opinion company that septic systems should not release these harmful fumes. I have contacted the company monthly about this issue and continue to pay for a service that is not being performed to maintain the septic properly. EPA has been contacted about the issue at hand as well and informed on the situation extensively. $975 dollars has been paid to the company since the first notification of the issue.

    I have a small local restaurant. Name of ********. I used hulsey company for pick up oil every weeks. I used for almost 2 years. Hulsey pick up oils every week but never paid for 2 years. I closed acct and use different company. I called company about rebate but they never paid never pick up empty containers. Last month I talked ****. He said he will send me rebate check . But never received.
