    Details of complaint:*Hired to build a retaining wall and pour a pad of concrete.*Quote Date: July 10th, 2023 *Cash Deposit: $10,000.00 Dollars July 13th, 2023 *During retaining wall they broke our sewer pipe was! Cost of repair was $229.45 *Concrete was poured our siding and windows were damaged w/concrete we are looking at approximately $20k plus in damages.On Aug 14th, 2023 my husband contacted via text ***** to see when he might be back to fix the damage and to get a receipt for the additional $6000,00 paid for the retaining wall but after the damage to the house because ***** said he would make it right,*Quotes from Pinnacle Home ********************** by ******** along with a letter was sent but there was no one at the address to sign for it, therefore I emailed Hardscape Pro's with all the attached documents and there has been no response from ***** to correct the damage.*At this point we are looking at having to file an insurance claim to fix damages which we should not have to cover. Pictures of damages are available.
