DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They are VERY dishonest. Henni lied to me about how the contract was being written and stole $660 from my down payment so it looks like I didnt pay it. That now adds to my car payment in additional $660 dollars to pay them. Then he increase the sales price $500 dollars claiming it was the lenders fee. When I contacted the lienholder, they said they dont charge a lender fee. **** also backed him up and threw in my face Well you signed the contract. Do not buy from them!

I was looking to purchase a used Grand Caravan and located a 2016 @ Global Auto Imports. The owner and staff were very helpful... provided me a long test drive... VIN/Odm check (of the *******miles) and a very reasonable 8K price; even coming down 400 to help me get floor mats and a piece of trim that was missing. The van was VERY clean inside and out... the plates arrived right on time and everything was very professional. I know most reviews are negative so I thought Global Auto Imports deserved a good one!!

On 5.19.23, I bought a 2008 MB E350 from Global Auto Imports. I stopped by on the 16th hoping to take a look at the car, but it was not on the lot. It wasn't on the lot, because, supposedly, it was in the shop for a brake job. I was told that the car would be back on the 18th. On the 18th, I received a call informing me that the car was on the lot. I got a ride to the lot which was 50 miles away. I test drove the car and it drove fine. I did notice that it was due for an oil change and so I said if you throw in an oil change then I'll buy it. They agreed. I bought the car and drove home. In the morning I checked all of the fluids and noticed that the oil level was low, which was strange because I just had the oil changed there the day before. It was a quart and a half low. They didn't fill it up all the way.Two weeks go by, I'm driving around and I noticed that my front end on the left side was experiencing extreme vibration @ 50 mph. So the next day, Monday, June 5th, I took it to three different tire shops and two different parts stores and no one could help me. There were many issues, all of which I explain in the two videos down below. I called the dealership and they told me to have the car towed to them and they would fix the problem. I stated that I am 50 miles away and that I am not having my car towed to them to have it repaired. They didn't properly fill up the car with enough oil, and supposedly a brake job was done, for which I've never seen the paper work. In order to do a brake job you have to take the tires off and then put them back on. It's because of the terrible job they did in putting the tires back on that caused the mess that I find myself in. youtube.com/watch?v=f9pGyoutube.com/watch?v=jl2sI spoke to the dealer and they are refusing to reimburse me for my trouble, which they caused, which they are responsible for. STAY AWAY from these guys. They will lie to you and they will try to sell you an inferior product. EVIL PEOPLE.

Don't buy from these people: not honest or trustworthy.1st of all they sold me a stolen car. 2nd the engine light came on after 50 mi. So we drove it to Autozone check it out only to find out catalytic was broken. They take the car and kept it for 2 wks saying they were waiting on parts and finally they called to say they got the part and car is ready. The engine light came on again saying the samething. I took it to a muffler shop only to find out that they never changed neither catalytic out. Now they won't answer phone cause they got caller ID. DON'T BUY from these people!!!!! They don't deserve a one star!
