    This company is so unprofessional its not even funny. Lets start with the salesperson , ****** . He comes across as a nice personable guy, pretending that hes going to be your advocate with the insurance company but once he gets the sale, you will not see him again nor will he respond to any calls or texts . The 1st appointment their ***** not the salesperson ), showed up at my door an hour and a half AFTER the appointment with the insurance Adjustor .Luckily they couldnt do the inspection that day due to rain or that *** would have missed the entire inspection! There is zero coordination between staff members and when the Adjustor was at my residence there was NOBODY from the company that would advocate for me. Their guy primarily sat on the back of his truck the majority of the time. The insurance company gave me a quote and said if the contractor discovered that instead of replacing shingles they were too brittle that they would do a total roof repair but I suppose after this company thought they wouldnt be doing the entire roof I never heard from them again. I would not recommend them at all and am seeking another company to replace my roof. They are the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have dealt with in a long time.

    This company does not follow through. They finally cleaned my gutters after several reschedules, however they charged more than their owner quoted me. They showed up at a different time than was scheduled. I asked for a quote to repair damaged soffits and was told that I would receive a quote in 2 days. It has been 5 days now. I have asked several times for the quote but my requests have gone unanswered.I will not use them again.
