    Amazing service. It was my first time getting waxed and ****** did a fantastic job in making sure that I am not in a lot of pain and that I know exactly what is happening with each wax.

    Finally a place where youre not just getting rid of all the unwanted hair, but you can rest assured that your body is in good hands. Apart from getting your skin perfectly waxed, the high quality products used makes your skin feeling pampered after waxing. ****** is very friendly, welcoming, and extremely good at what she does. She is professional and very patient with customers. She is very knowledgeable and gives the best aftercare and skincare advice to make the most of your waxing treatment. The place is super clean and smells wonderful! I highly recommend her and Ill definitely be coming back! Best experience ever! Thank you ******! ??

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. This salon owner (******) will upcharge you without asking, burn you with the wax, charge you for aftercare products without making you aware or asking. Then when you cancel all future appointments for being taken advantage of in a very vulnerable state (first time Brazilian, literally somewhere you're naked). The office staff will call and leave a voicemail to call and let them know what happened. ****** (the receptionist) will tell you "oh yeah I knew thats what happened when I heard your voicemail, and that it never should have happened but sadly it happens all the time. Please call back at talk with her daughter so we can nip the behavior in the ****." Her daughter confirmed the same. ****** will sell you the restore toner ( without asking if you're interested in purchasing it) and tell you to use it 3 times a week (every 2 days) even though it is an AHA ( a chemical exfoliant) when its entirely advised against by actual doctors, that went to medical school. More than likely so you will have skin issues (like I did, which ruined my $200 Brazilian I got there) and spend more money with her salon.Also, ****** was talking extremely poorly of her own daughter, who also works at this salon. She didn't hold back and told a first time client how lazy her own daughter is, and how she acts so entitled and is nothing but a party girl. If she speaks about her own daughter like this, imagine how she talks about her own clients, that pay her bills. I have diagnosed anxiety and it makes me extremely uncomfortable to have to tell someone I'm not prepared to spend that much money, in front of other customers in the lobby - so I paid the $208 service that was only suppose to be less than $100. I have reported to the state board and BBB. Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of, and overcharged. This is suppose to be a safe space where a professional is suppose to take care of you, this salon is the exact opposite.
