    I ordered sod from Atlas Sod Solutions and received an invoice requesting a deposit for a scheduled delivery of December 28th 2024. After I payed the deposit the scheduled delivery date was missed. I reached out to request a reschedule or refund of my deposit and they ignored my inquiries then responded very hostile after two days saying I wont get my delivery until January 17th. I then reached out to the multiple contacts and manager listed on the website expressing my concern of the encounter with the customer services employee and requesting a refund to get no response. I left multiple messages for the manager calls, text, emails, and got nowhere. I have come here to share my concerns I hopes of helping others avoid dealing with these problems. Please beware they are posing as a company on multiple internet and social media platforms who delivers and installs sod under the company Atlas Sod Solutions with representatives names ****** *******, ****** *******, and ****** *******.
