I was in a car accident december 22, 2024. the police had my car towed to curts towing. the vehicle is under my dads name so when i contacted curts i asked if i brought the registered owner along with proof of insurance if i would be able to get my belongings meanwhile insurance handles the rest. the lady told me no and was very very very rude. my insurance then made arrangements to get the car taken to a shop and our their lot. i contacted curts again asking if i could now go get my belongings since the vehicle was already claimed and insurance was already involved the lady again denied me being able to go and then told me that my insurance had already cleaned out the inside of the car and i wouldnt be able to get my stuff. i contacted my insurance and asked if they cleaned out the car and they told me they did not and all they were going to do was pick up the vehicle they are not to mess with the interior or any belongings. the curts lady would hang up on me and yell at me anytime i would try to ask a simple question about accessing my belonging. when my father went in person to try and get pictures of the car she also denied him although he is the owner. this is in no way shape or form to run a business and based on all their reviews it seems nothing is being done.

My vehicle was at this facility due to a wreck on 2/1/24. My vehicle was inspected on their property by the insurance company (Traveler's). There was only damage on the Left side of the vehicle from the wreck. When my vehicle was towed by ****'s to RGW in *********, ** on Saturday 2/17/24 the owner of the shop found new damage to the vehicle on the Rt side that was not there prior. The shop owner sent the adjuster a supplemental estimate and when the adjuster got back to the owner of the shop he was questioning the damage. The adjuster then went down (2/23/24) to RGW and discovered this damage was new and he made the owner and me aware of this. The adjuster then informed me of a "burnt out vehicle" vehicle parked beside mine and he could barely squeeze between. He sent an e-mail to ****'s informing them of the new damage to the Rt front door and Rt front tire. I tried getting information over the phone but was told by ********* "nothing I can do about it because it occurred at the *********** location". My husband and me went down to the office on 3/1/24 with the estimate of damage and gave to *********************. She then told me "someone will be getting in touch with you" and that she would send the info to *********. I was driving home that day when ***** called to tell me that the estimate was too much and right tire has nothing to do with anything. I informed her this was incorrect and sent her the adjuster's e-mail in which he stated there was no prior damage to the Rt front tire or Rt front door when performing his initial inspection.I have tried resolving the issue over the phone and in person. They keep throwing things around and saying "they're trying to find out what's going on" and refuse to give me the business insurance information and policy number so I can file a claim with them since they are at fault. I sent one more e-mail saying I'd like to resolve this issues without getting BBB or Magistrate ***** involved on 3/11/24 but have yet to get a response.
