      I hired King Green to service my yard in my HOA neighborhood. My grass was brown while everyone else had green grass. Weeds were continuing to come up everywhere. I told them to cancel service, and that I was completely dissatisfied. The next month I received a bill for services that were never rendered. I called and tried to explain again that I had canceled and would not be paying simply because they chose to bill me. Also there were no yard signs or door tag to indicate that they serviced the yardwoman was extremely rude on the phone and told me that I would have to pay. The next month I received another bill for another service that never happened..I was home on said daytried to call and dispute again, only to be verbally abused by their representative. Fast forward to yesterday, they have sold my fictitious bill to a collection agency and its on my credit!! Something NEEDS to be done with this horrible company!!!

      I am not a customer of **********************, but on June 28 they negligently treated my yard with herbicide, killing large sections of it (see attachments). The treatment was intended for the fescue lawn @ **************, not my ****** sod at ***************I am seeking replacement of my destroyed emerald ****** sod (~***** sq.ft.) estimated for removal/install @ $5/sq.ft., as well as reimbursement for the forthcoming watering invoices (est. $*****) and compensation for the overall inconvenience in dealing with this and having to restore my lawn to the way it was before their negligent damages to my property.

      This company has charged us for a service for the date of 03/27/2023. I was home that day and the lawn service never occurred. We watched on our ring doorbell camera as the technician walked up from the left side of our lawn (left side looking out) to drop the invoice. This technician was parked down in front of another yard, not even at our house. In addition to this, I have two dogs who go berserk whenever they treat the front or back yard. This never occurred. We had always paid our invoices in the past when they treated at our prior home and then at our current home. This is the first time we have had a dispute. My husband called and spoke to the Office Manager on April 3rd. We also responded via email on May 2nd again restating the issue but this company keeps ******** us with emails to pay the invoice. I am concerned they will attempt to submit us to collections when in fact we should not have to pay for a service that did not occur. Our only request is that we are NOT charged for this service and our account is settled.

      I have been using King Green to fertilize by lawn since August of 2022. In that time, my grass has started to disappear. I was told by their sales person that my lawn would become more full and spread out to fill any holes and my weeds would die. Instead the opposite has happened. I have huge gaps of dirt everywhere. The grass in my front yard has burned off. All I have is dirt, ant piles, and weeds. I texted them 3 times in the last 6 months telling them about my grass dying. They texted that it would get better in the February. I complained again in ***** and they sent an ******************************************************************************************************* October. This was ***** of 2023. A few weeks later, the yard actually looks worse when it should be looking good in Spring. I told them I wanted a manager to look at the yard. He came and said I don't have existing turf and all he can do is help with weeds. Well I have a few weeds and little grass. He didn't offer to sod my yard. My whole yard needs to have sod now. I made a huge mistake using this company and now my yard is the worst in the subdivision. I"m very upset and don't know what to do. I did plant grass seed in the front but it hasn't come up and just looks awful. I don't have time or money to keep this up. I hired this company to make my grass spread out and look good and it turned into the opposite. My whole yard is starting to look like a desert. Please help.

      Company damaged my property with the chemicals they use. Then get mad when I stated their repairs was not done correctly. They went on saying they went above and beyond to accommodate the issue they caused but it clearly shows they sanded my home but spot paint and patch work left sanded marks on home. I called manager and they claim there is nothing more they can do. I asked to cancel my service and will be seeking legal action.

      King Green reached out to me regarding service for crab grass and weeds. After 6 services the issue was not improving. As no improvement to my yard I contacted them and requested to speak with a supervisor to speak about the issue and what we can do to see results if that be a change in the type of service. No call was returned instead I kept getting bills for service and no results. I question if service was done as I work from home and never saw them come to my property. Regardless I hired another company who serviced my property twice and I saw Results. This company has contracted a collection agency to recover from me without ever attempting to speak with me about the issue. I dont believe I should be responsible for services that were NOT rendered.

      On Monday, July 18, 2022, King Green serviced my lawn with liquid and dry fertilizer. Within 2-3 days, brown patches start appearing on my lawn (see pictures). I notified King Green on Monday, July 25, 2022, about the brown patches appearing after the service visit. The representative apologized and informed me someone will be sent to treat the lawn. As of August 15, 2022, three weeks have passed since my call - No one came to my home, and I did not receive a call. I only received a text message, on August 15, 2022, regarding the next service visit (see copy).Within the text message, I requested for service to be canceled, and mentioned the issue again about the last service visit. I was told the manager was on my property on July 29th and that he noted my lawn has "a fungus and the hillside have drought stress."The manager was not on my property to access my lawn on July 29th, my lawn does not have fungus and the hillside is not drought stressed.On the day the technician serviced my lawn, my husband was at home and saw the technician go over the yard twice. By July 21, 2022, you can see within the photos most of the brown patches. A trail of patches where the technician sprayed the fertilizer. The photos show the "King Green" sign in the backyard, placed by the technician. The lawn is plush green. The hillside is newly installed sod (zorro zoysia) - May 19, 2022, thus the hillside is not under drought stress. On Friday, July 29, 2022, my husband was at home because we had contractors finishing up the installation of our fence. We also have cameras installed on our property (front and backyard). Therefore, the notes the manager made on my account are false. He never came to my property and has not called me. The technician over-fertilized the backyard because he went over it twice. He applied too much causing the brown patches to appear. We spent more money on getting rid of the fertilizer burn in the backyard.
