    I paid $89 upfront to get a discount on a service, the person I was dealing with named ***** and she sent me a text advising she had rec'd my money and a staff member would call me to schedule an appt. She stopped responding to text messages after that, no one answers the phone even though "*****" is the voice on the voicemail recording. I was sent an email to complete forms, which I did, and no one ever responds to the emails either. I have been trying to reach someone since August *************************** my money back, to no avail.This company advertised on ********* they have a FB page and a webpage so they looked like a legitimate company, but they are not.The Text message comes from ***** at ************ the business number on the emails is listed as a different number - ************, but it is *****'s name and voice on the business voicemail recording.I wish to get my money back and file a complaint to warn others of the scam.

    This complaint has already been resolve with the ******* ***** of ****** Consumer Protection Division.

    All complaints were bogus and not truthful.  We refunded all her money and I know she did not take the time to rectify these complaints.

     

    See attached documents that verify the refund. Also we have shown all conversations that occurred that she said we were not responding to.
