    So over the weekend me and my friends replaced a wheel bearing and lower control and added a leveling kit to my truck the following day which was a monday March 31st, 2025 i took here to the Quick tire center and told them i needed an alignment they said yes to it and got it done i received a call saying my truck was ready so i went and payed them $150. My truck still had camber and bad toe angles they told me they couldnt get it perfect because according to them i needed new camber bolts, but whenever we swapped out the parts the camber bolts looked just fine the shop owner insisted i needed new bolts for him to redo the alignment he wrote me a paper of part number i needed and told me if i brought that part back to him h*** only charge me the labor of installing a new bolt and the alignment would be free. Me doubting what he had told me about the bolts went to ********* complete auto care and explained to them the situation and asked if i could have a suspension inspection 10 minutes later they came back and told me that my camber bolts were completely fine and said my truck was alignment worthy they asked if i wanted to proceed with the alignment and i said yes and they had no issue with it at all and got it perfectly. i called the the quicktire center and auto service and explained to them what had happened and requested a refund they told me to bring the paper work that ********* gave me and theyll do a refund but once i got there the shop owner refused to so.He kept insisting that the alignment had warranty and that if i brought him the bolts they could of fixed it but why would i want to spend more money for something i never needed he also kept saying well i dont know what they differently when all that ********* did was give me an inspection and alignment and had nothing else to say about my truck. I also only payed $135 at ********* Quicktire center was definitely just trying to upsell me just so that they could make more money I just want a refund
