    I am very disappointed with the owner's decision to cancel our order for $23,000.00 over a $1,400.00 vent hood that we decided would not work for us (GE P/N UVW93642PSS) which after checking this item on-line, this is in stock in many locations, so it is not custom. We agreed to a re-stocking fee to return the vent hood a few weeks later, and then they told us it could not be returned at all and we would have to pay for it in full. At this point our only recourse was to dispute the payment on our Am Ex card. After this, the owner cancelled the entire order for our GE Cafe refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave and additional oven! Now after using all of the dimension given from City Plumbing, our $30K work of cabinets are in, and now we do not have our appliances. We ordered these over 3 months ago! We could have gone to a "big box" company, but we try to support local business. Words cannot explain how mad I am at this company and it's owner, in particular, as he made this decision himself!Please avoid doing business with this company!

    Avoid if possible. Their repair/maintenance department is horrible. When we built our house, we ordered two ************** stoves. Two burners never worked properly. I spent $700 for two conversion kits. Come to find out, one or two components were installed backwards. During this visit, the technician saw that the vent hood buttons were not working. He took the panel off and said a new one would be ordered. It has been two weeks now, and not one word back from them about refunding my money or if the vent hood would be fixed. I called last week and the person who answered the phone said he was not aware of my issues. He never called back.
