    My mail have not made it to the address that I give them. This have happen multiple times. I need information from the ****************************** that will help me further my life. The mail I send to the *** through this *** store does not make it to the address. I have wasted money, time, and emotions on this matter. Employees are telling me the wrong information and making rude statements in person. Something they will not do over the phone.
