      They sent me the wrong product and wont exchange it. They labeled the product clear glass and sent me green. They just brushed me off and took a long time to respond to the customer care message. Worst company customer relations.

After reviewing your case I would like to clarify the situation to avoid confusion.The item you purchased comes in multiple colors. Due to warehousing system this is one of the items that comes assorted, meaning we're unable to track the inventory of each color separately.This unit comes in clear glass but with colored accents. In this case you received the green variant as it ships randomly. There were multiple internal notes as our support team were trying to find a solution within our policy in order to provide you with a unit that's more to your liking, however we are unable to guarantee the color you would receive in a replacement.Again, we apologize for this ordeal and we hope that you allow ** another chance to service you smoking needs with the highest standards you are used to receiving with ** :)

      I was googling smoke cartel website because I had never ordered or heard of it before and came across all The reviews how people not got orders and the wrong items were sent etc. but with the price being half of everywhere else for the same item I gave it a shot. I just wanted to give a good review to say idk what the bad ones are talking about because I got my order within a few days of ordering it on the same day that was estimated at check out and got exactly what was pictured, actually better than I expected it to be!!

      Im still waiting on what is going to happen with the pipe I purchased. You messaged acknowledging there was an error that was not on me. You said you would try to find it or send another one. I havent heard nothing since then and I have been messaging and will continue to message and leave bad reviews until you send me my pipe!Order #******

      My pipe was suppose to be delivered today and I still dont have it and cant track it!!!! Im very upset because I have no idea where it is and how to find it! I been checking all day and its still not here and the Mail has already ran. It doesnt even say its out for delivery. It just been stuck in transit, after you lost it supposedly!!!

      For over 3 weeks I been dealing with same issue as everyone else on here I even purchased this expensive twice! Except this time I went thru Grasscity.com except Smoke Cartel used the same tracking #...they think they're slick. I havnt even got my first one smoke cartel is trying to take credit from second one I found way cheaper. Unless both companies are affiliated this is a complete scam. Don't make the same mistake twice like I did. Never know who quietly takes your hard earned $ and never hear from them again. And on top they put delivery protection lol....for what? Nothing. Just want to squeeze the living life out of that wallet. Companies Smoke Cartel and Grasscity probably 100 more are just not how they make it seem as advertised.

      Hi there,We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this ordeal.It seems that your order was incomplete, missing a rig. Our support team reached out to the vendor in order to have a replacement sent out to you ASAP and followed up on a daily basis. This is due to some vendors preferring to have their products stored and fulfilled in their own warehouses rather than us fulfilling them ourselves.Unfortunately it seems that you placed an order with GrassCity for the same rig a few days after, and they requested it from the vendor directly as well. Hence the vendor had 2 orders in their system for the same item and customer but from different companies, this caused some miscommunication and the same tracking number was shared to both companies.Our team are currently making sure that you receive the rig as well as compensation for this confusing experience. We were just as confused and had to understand the mix up from the vendor.Again, we appreciate your understanding and apologize for the less than ideal experience you had with us. We hope your week only gets better from here :)

      I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. In fact, I could not even track the package on the app that cost an extra $1. Also, I have emailed, called and texted numerous times and only received one email back over a week and a half ago, but other than that I am being ghosted/ignored. I am starting to think this place is a scam and extremely unprofessional. The only way it seems I might get a response is to make a complaint on here.

      I tried to open a wholesale account with Smoke Cartel. They asked for our business license and I sent that to them. Then they asked for a moving video of my face to prove that I was at least 21 years old. They accepted our wholesale account. I placed an order with this company. This company sent an email to our business email address asking if I had placed that order. I said yes. Then they asked for a government ID and a picture of the credit card that was used to place the order. I sent the info but asked them to send it to the address that was on the order (a business address). Their response was that I needed to give them an alternate email. How would that validate anything more? I did send them an alternate email address, but heard nothing to verify that email. The company sent an email stating that the order had been denied for them being unable to verify this purchase. I am very concerned that they are attempting to steal identities. Be very cautious if you attempt to do business with this company.

Therefore our wholesale program includes multiple checks especially for new businesses. This resulted in us hiring a professional fraud agency to conduct such checks and they ensure each order fits certain criteria. For your order, it seems that there was an AVS failure which is an address verification system failure. It's when the billing address you input does not match the one provided by your bank, it's often due to format issues. The fraud team chose to verify your identity and manually approve the order rather than letting it get canceled automatically by the system. The privacy of our customer, suppliers and collaborators is very important to us, and you can read our privacy policy to see how strict the information we have access to is. The information you provided could not be used for identify theft as all verification info was limited, the business information you provided is available publicly and was used for the routine checks. The email request made by our fraud team was to match it to the email address that your bank has.
