    Car town auto sales repossessed my car when I was unknowingly a week and a half behind on my car payment without contacting me to let me know I was behind and they did not contact me to tell me the car was being repossessed. I have voice-mails of them contacting me in the past about seperate persons car payment so I do not know why they didn't contact me about my own payment. When I called to work with them on getting my car back, they told me I has to pay this month's payment and a $400 repo fee. After telling them I didn't have the whole amount at the time, they said I could pay 1/2 of the repo fee plus my full monthly payment and i would be required to pay the other half of the repo fee next moth whith my monthly payment. After I payed them and went to pickup my car the 2 days later, they said I have to pay the full repo fee before I can pickup the car and insinuated that I was dumb and in the wrong for thinking otherwise.

    I recently purchased a vehicle through cartown autosales. I'm up-to-date on all of my payments , have the required insurance and I am not involation of my contract. On August 10th and August 23rd my car was repoed from my home, On August 13th I also payed 400$ for a reposseion fee without reasoning. Also my personal information on my contract was incorrect without the fault of my own along with pain in suffering with my job and also other things including my well being. So I would like to *** for the remaining balance for the car so i can find me another car.
