      I am currently renting a duplex from Conn Realty. Going on 3 years now. We have had multiple construction complaints as far as the front porch not being safe and it was not repaired correctly. Currently we have flooring issues that include them being rotten and molded. I am currently * ****** ******** and have been living with mold covered up by laminate flooring even after filing a work order for repair. It took them a month to even start repairs. They are currently working on the floor but I do not feel it is being repaired correctly to fix all issues. Every repair is fixed just enough to get by with. All I am looking for is safe living conditions and for maintenance to be done correctly.
      A front porch railing that is falling over should not be fixed by a steel bar drove into the ground so the porch railing don't lean anymore

      The customer / tenant had a reason to be upset. We had to take up the Kitchen floor and replace with new wood. We scheduled the job that we expected to take 2 days and started on time. Unfortunately the floor was much more difficult to remove than anticipated. It ended up taking 7 business days. I spoke to the tenant and apologized for the delay. I spoke to them when the job was complete and they were satisfied with the work. We try to make all repairs in a timely manner, but unfortunately this job did take too long. We're sorry the tenant was inconvenienced and we apologize for that. We are thankful the issue is resolved and the tenant is satisfied.
