    This company is violating the fdca they dont provide a link to opt out of email communications and I sent emails to the email that the email or email addresses to unsubscribe from the communications but they have ignored the emails and again today feb 7 **** I sent another email this time it was sent to their customer service email listed on their site.What I want is for this company to delete all of my information from their systems and to quit contacting me. I will get an attorney if I have to.Thank you

    *********************** has a valid past due account in our office for a loan that he defaulted in.  Our office has given ****** several options to resolve this matter voluntarily through paying online or setting up an arrangement to pay with a payment arrangement.  Our office has confirmed this is a valid loan and ****** has a high balance owed of $2,341.37 in which he is attempting to stay defaulted on.  Our office was notified that ****** had several attempts to resolve this matter voluntarily by contacting the creditor directly and upon receiving a response from ****** on 6/27/2023, our office verified that this debt is valid and not a "scam".  Our office provided a Final Demand Letter to allow ****** the ability to set up a monthly payment arrangement or offer a settlement to close out this defaulted loan balance.  Due to ******'s decision to not pay the balance owed on this loan, our office will mark this file as non-compliant and report to the creditor to allow them the opportunity to proceed with collections as they see fit.  Any further collections on this account will be directly from the creditor per their discretion.
