Rapid Bonding posted bond in the amount of $32,500.00 at ******************** for ******* ******** on 10/31/24. The total bond fee was $3,920.00.   His mother, ******* ******** cosigned his bond with Rapid Bonding and paid $1,970.00 on 10/31/24 and signed a payment plan agreement agreeing to pay $150.00 bi-weekly to begin November 15, 2024.  Ms. ******** also signed a credit card authorization agreement in order for the payments to be automatically drafted from her debit card.  Attached you will find a copy of my printout showing payments approved and payments declined.  I have also attached a copy of the payment plan agreement and credit card authorization, and you will notice comments handwritten to the side indicating phone calls and invoices sent to Ms. ******** in attempt to collect the payment after the card was declined on the auto draft.  I have hidden the names and credit card information for privacy.  I can provide full copies with no white out parts upon request.

On or about February 28, 2024 our bail recovery agent went to the address listed on file for defendant of ************************************ to attempt to apprehend ******* ******** for nonpayment.  A lady came to the door and identified herself as his sister and stated Adreion was not there, and she became very belligerent, so the agent called the ******* ***************** for back up.  Sgt. ******* from ******* ** arrived at the scene and was briefed on the situation.  Sgt ******* searched the house and ******* ******** was not there.  ******* ** and our recovery agent both left the scene.  On March 4, 2025, our agent received a phone call as to the whereabouts of ******* ********. He drove across town and spotted the defendant sitting on a stoop in the area of *****************************  He watched the defendant walk across the street and around the back of the house at address *******************************************  The house at ******************************* has windows that are boarded up.  Defendant went around the house and was attempting to raise one of the windows.  Our agent called ******* ** again for back up and waited in the vehicle while observing the house and defendant.  Sgt ******* arrived on scene and approached the house and defendant with our agent.  Sgt ******* searched the defendant and found two pistols on the defendant.  He arrested him for disorderly conduct and on a failure to appear warrant on another outstanding case (not our case).  Sgt ******* transported defendant to the Spalding County Jail.  Our recovery agent went to ******************** to obtain a bondsman off bond form.  We surrendered the bond as allowed based on O.C.G.A. 17-6-54.
