    I took my 2023 F-150 in for repairs 07/31/2023. I was told it would only be a few weeks and my truck would look like new again. When I got my truck back they had replaced parts that need repaired, used the wrong parts for some applications and the work done was subpar. I had to take it back to them 3 more time over the next 6 months for them to make the corrections. Over 3 months total they had my truck and its was picking up more damage every time they had it. I still dont have the like new truck they promised. I would have to repeatedly contact them in regards to the poor progress. It has scratches and mix match paint. Problems due to the unauthorized excessive work they did. It was obviously an insurance scam so they could make more money ($10,957.93). I only went there because it was recommended by my insurance company. Now they are ignoring my request for proper repairs or compensation.

    You have the wrong business! I believe you were looking to file a complaint against Kenney's Collision Center/Cahaba Collision Center. We have no affiliation with them whatsoever. I only sell used cars and have never worked on anyone's vehicle! I believe you can reach them at ************************************************************************** We are in the same lot, but totally separate! My dad owned the collision center but sold it a few years ago well before this complaint. I think they changed their business name to Cahaba Collision earlier this year so you may want to reach out to them to figure out how to file the complaint.     Im sorry if the contact info Im providing isnt 100% correct. The company is difficult to pinpoint due to other companies with similar name. I used ****** maps to obtain name, number and address. The  name listed is different the the name used. According to their representative the Name is Kenneys Collision. The address is *************************************. Phone number ************.
