    On 9-25-22 I took my 2010 Cadillac SRX to Southside Automotive to be repaired by owner *************************** . He was supposed to replace timing chain , water pump and change oil . I paid him **** , for these repairs. I noticed a few days later that my car was leaking oil . I never had an oil leak before he worked on my car . I was leaking about a quart of oil in a week . I knew that my car did not use a quart of oil until 3 to 4 months . I told *************************** about the oil leak and he told me that he was to busy to take a look at it . I asked him , when can you fix it . He gave me an appointment later in the week . I came back and he said he has other cars to fix now , he gave me another appointment for the next week. I came back the next week, he said I don't have the time to look at it . He asked me to just leave and he would get to it , if he had the time . I told him , I have been patient with you , but I already paid **** to make the repairs . I never had an oil leak until you worked on my car. I want you to make my car a priority as you do others . They haven't paid you yet , I have paid . I never had oil leak before , so when can you fix it or I want my moneyback . I can get another mechanic to fix the oil leak. I told him , I am using a quart of oil every week . I never used a quart of oil until 3 to 4 months . Whatever you did I want it repaired asap. Again he asked me to leave and he might get a chance to look at it . I told him that's ridiculous ,I need my car and I will wait here for you to fix it . I waited and at the end of the day , he said , just come back tomorrow at 3pm . I came back the next day , he said leave your car . If I don't get it today you can pick up. I told him I want my moneyback and I want the oil leak stopped. .

    On March 17, 2023 I bought a motor for a Chrysler 300 2007. And paid for labor but the service was never done . I wait for 7 month and it still not job done. I tried calling and no contact and every time I try to work out something with the business he gave me the run around. I ask for my money back and he refuse to give back or my motor. I had to file a police report.
