    I ordered vape liquid for which I never received confirmation of my order or received the product. On May 13, a charge appeared on my account from Jonathan Whitfield through the payment processor gosq.com. I had the bank contact him, and he responded that there was no dispute. I have tried to call/text the number with no response. I have never received the product, and I have not received a refund. I wish I had kept better records, but that doesn't excuse the fact that I did not get the benefit of my purchase. I'm assuming that the contact information is correct since the bank was able to get a response. I have attached the invoice information.
