    Unfortunately, I have never seen such incompetence. Our whole experience with this funeral home was one mess after another. Their stretcher didnt work properly when they came to pick up my mama and they left her laying in the house while we waited for them to return with a new stretcher. They left out a daughters name and another daughters husbands name in the survivors on the obit. Thankfully someone alerted us and they corrected it. They printed the wrong day and year on the funeral program of my moms passing. This was handed out to hundreds at the funeral. It also printed the same in the guest book. The worst of it all, is how my mom looked in the casket. Her ****************** and hands were orange and red in large patches all over. And up in her hair line and temples. My sisters and I were horrified. I have never seen a job so badly done. One of the granddaughters retrieved makeup and covered up and evened out the best we could right before guests started arriving. There was makeup on her white dress. We moved her pin over to cover it up. Her body was tilted sideways in the casket. Wouldnt be surprised if they actually dropped her. They were not very organized or prepared. Had to remind them multiple times to get my mothers things from the casket that we were keeping. We still had to call back up there about her Bible and got it later. We emailed them our concerns and complaints and they never responded. The front office isnt the most helpful and kind of rude when they dont want to be bothered. Thankfully the service was a beautiful tribute to my precious Mama. It was done by us at their church so it had nothing to do with the funeral home. Thank goodness!

    Thought they were great to start with but once they get their money ********************* could care less about s******* you over!!
