    I contacted the City of Griffin to make them aware of their company violating the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 through 76) which mandates that personal information, including but not limited to an individuals name, address, phone number, and Social Security number, be protected from unauthorized ************* has come to my attention that my personal information was disclosed to *************************** without my explicit consent. Subsequently, *************************** further disseminated this information to credit reporting agencies, including ********, *******, and **********. This unauthorized release of my personal information constitutes a violation of my rights under applicable laws. I emailed ******* ******* on 12/27/24 to contact **************************** to remove the information from my credit report, but they have failed to do so.

    On December 2, 2023, I went to ***************** located at **************************************************************, ** *****. I called and placed a to go order. I arrived and paid for my food. I opted out of receiving a receipt and went back home. I get home and check my bag and their was a boiled egg in my seafood bag. I stated clearly on the phone I am allergic to eggs and did not want them on my seafood bag.I call back to ***************** the young lady had to call me back so she could ask the owner how to resolve the issue. The young lady called back and asked how I wanted it resolved. I said a refund would be fine. She said ok come in tomorrow and we will get it taken care of. I go in Dec 3, 2023, the owner was at court and no one there could issue a refund. I was headed out of town and once I got back it didn't cross my mind. I left a 1 star ****** review Dec 20, 2023. The owner replied call ot come in we will get it taken care of. I went in the following day Dec 21, 2023. Owner still not there so the employee had to call. The owner asked what's the last 4 of my card number and account number, I gave the information. To sum this all up. I still haven't received a refund!
