The service guy who came out was **** and he was awesome with explaining all that he saw and what was required to get the issue fixed. He was very patient with me and asking questions and I was very comfortable knowing that the company is going to be doing the job, they came this morning and this time a young man by the name of ***** is here doing the job and he also very informative and helpful, they're still here and we're waiting for the electrical company to shut the power off so that they can go ahead and start work I will come back with another review after they've done the job.Hammond Services, Inc.

Hammond Services arrived on time and the technician was easy to talk to and made the discussion very simple. *** was able to quickly explain the process and helped compare the standby generator vs the portable version we were considering. Im glad I called Hammond Services.Hammond Services, Inc.

Hammond communicated extremely well and always informed me of who would arrive and when. ***** and ******** did an excellent job with a full plumbing replacement of the entire house on a property I purchased. They arrived on time, communicated everything very well, got to work immediately, and were finished ahead of the scheduled window. I used to do this work myself and obviously went back to inspect carefully. They did an excellent job. Zero complaints. ***** checked with me multiple times to make sure they were clear on exactly what I wanted. I had a couple questions and he explained the answers perfectly. They cleaned up very well before they left and even offered to help me with an old leaky shower valve and a sink that were not part of the scheduled job. I am very happy with the company, the Techs, and the entire process. It is rare to find a service company who makes the entire process easy, but this experience could not have gone any better for me. Thank you Hammond. I'll see you again for my electrical refresh work on the same property.Hammond Services, Inc.
