      Recently Hammond Services replaced two furnaces and one air conditioner at our house. Our first meeting was with sales representative **** ******. **** took the time to thoroughly check both of our ************ (1 attic and 1 basement). His assessment of changes that needed to be made to eliminate warm and cool spots in our house was spot on. Thank you ****! Understanding that a customers time is valuable, ********************** sent 2 crews of technicians, allowing for both furnaces and the air conditioner to be installed in one day. No need to get an extra day off from work. Once it was time for the installation, Lead technicians ******* ****** and ****** ******, and their teams were at our house at the scheduled appointment time. They kept us informed of their progress throughout the installation. They welcomed any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves once the installation was complete. Thanks *******, ****** and your teams for your professionalism! Our experience with Hammond Services for this Installation was very good. We gladly recommend them

      Two recent **** experiences inspired this recommendation and this warning.I recently called ******************** and was more than pleased. For a very reasonable fee, CW came out, inspected the heating system at the **************************, and fixed up what was in need of repair.I would highly recommend ** any day of the week. 10 out of 10.Unfortunately, before I called CW, I made the mistake of calling Hammond Services, Inc.. They inspected that same heating system, made no repairs, and charged OVER TRIPLE the fee!! It was a disgusting, wicked, outrageous way to treat a customer. I confronted ********************** with this fact after ** had treated me well, but Hammond obstinately defended their rip-off price and so-called service. Hammond left me with nothing but disappointment and regret that I had ever reached out to their company. I wish I'd never heard of Hammond.I hope to save others this save others this same disappointment. Call ** first -- I wish I had! I wouldn't call Hammond Services again even if they were the last ************ in town. 0 out of 10.
