    On 4/16/25 I hired handyman, *** ****** to replace my front door unit with side lites and do other jobs around my house. On 4/17/25, *** ordered my front door unit from Griffin lumber, and gave me the receipt for $552.50. I paid *** upfront for the door unit, plus labor, and for other jobs around my house that totaled to $3,472.50. Griffin lumber delivered the door unit on 5/9/25, over 3 weeks later. *** came out 2 weeks later to put it in on 5/24/25. He measured it and said, it would not fit my door frame, because it was too large. He said, hed contact Griffin lumber that Tuesday about returning the door, because they were closed until then. So I emailed Griffin lumber on 5/24/25. ****** ***** the manager responded a few days later saying, *** needed to speak to *****, who ordered the door. On 5/11/25, I called *****, and he said, he needed to talk to ****** to see what could be done, and ****** would call me soon. I didnt hear from anyone, so I sent ****** another email and he has still not responded. *** told me, he had called Griffin lumber 3 times over the week and left a message, but no one returned his calls. I have this huge door unit in my garage, and I can barely get my vehicle in to park it. Id prefer ***************************************** to come pick it up, so it doesnt get damaged by *** trying to return it with his truck. Id like ***************************************** to give me the correct size door or a refund. *** said, he gave the right measurements, but ***** from Griffin Lumber said, he wrote down the measurements *** gave him. Can someone please help me. Im widowed and on disability. and live alone, I have no way of getting this door back to Griffin lumber, and it seems like they wont even take it back, because they wont respond. thank you for any help you can give!

    ****** ***** our store manager responded and picked up the door. The handyman and customer are coming back to the store to reorder a correct sized door. Thank you.
