    - On January 5th, I received an email from NAAGA's President *********************** introducing CALIBR Magazine (see screenshot).- The subscription was for $29.99/year which included 3 platforms Print, Digital and Community.- The business committed to offer ************* (one issue a quarter) to those who subscribed to the CALIBR magazine. At the time of this complaint, I only received two issues (first magazine was the Survival Sisters issue and the second being the Black Rambo issue).- NAAGA sent me an email on September 28, 2022 (see screenshot) advertising that my next subscription was on it's way (which was the *********** issue). I never received my magazine and was not notified on when to expect it.- During the month of November 2022, the ****** DIGITAL site was not accessible to myself or members of the ****** Community and still isn't as of today. The was no mentioning of why the site was shut down during the month of November. Approximately two months after the site went down, I (we) received notification that the ****** Digital site would being transitioning to a new NAAGA Community platform.- There was no communication sent on when the fourth issue (The Woman's Issues) which featured ***************************** on the cover would be shipped out (as was done with the Law and Order issue). Both the Law and Order and Woman's Issue were printed and ready for distributions as it was mention several times in the Community back in September 2022. - I messaged *********************** on February 23, 2023 at 2:23 PM requesting a refund for the two issues not received as well as the unexplained shut down of CALIBER Digital via the web.- I received a reply from ****** at 3:10 PM (see screenshot) that everyone in the community will get all their magazines.- As of April 13, 2023, I have not received my last two issues, nor do I have access to the ****** Digital articles as promised. If the issues can't be sent, I would like a full refund of the $29.99 for services not delivered.

I viewed my most recent bank statement and found a purchase transaction payable to NAAGA.CO #2 in the amount of $39.00, #J6PQINHDAK, 12-17-22. This transaction was not initiated during December. Four to five months ago I made an effort to become a member and made a payment. Nothing more was heard on the subject and I dismissed the idea since no action had been made. I have received Nothing from NAAGA and quite frankly do not want to be a member of any organization that operates in this manner.

A response was sent to **************** on 1/10/23

    "****************,
Thank you for reaching out. My apologies for the delayed response as your email went to our spam folders. I see that you have been a member and live in *******. We have emailed your receipt, welcome package, digital membership card and send your monthly newsletter to the ******************* email address. Please check your spam folders.

We also have a local chapter near you. I have copied our chapter and Regional Director on this email to get you as much information as possible. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Stay safe!"

Please note, we do not mail membership packages and do not tell membership that we will. All transactions are completed via email.

The local chapter also emailed **************** on 1/17/23 to invite him to Black *************** (screen shot of email attached) to which a response was not received.

**************** did send another email to our membership team:

This is incredible. I cannot believe that after this amount of time you have not fixed your errors and unfuck yourselves. Additionally, you lie about taking action when you have done nothing. Fortunately or unfortunately for your organization I seem to have time to tilt at windmills, some more real than others. Your lack of urgency to resolve this matter is baffling to me but has given me a sense of purpose.  I paid for membership months ago and expected what was promised. You took my money and gave me nothing in return. Larceny by conversion is a theft crime.  You were enriched by my money and provided me with nothing. Regardless of what you do from this point on I will continue to pursue justice and expose an organization whose acronym sounds like a contemptuous term for African Americans.

    Really, I cannot believe this!

On January 18th, we replied to his email, sent screen shots of the contact log and canceled his membership to ensure no future deductions from his account:

    "****************,

I believe there is some confusion here. You originally joined on 12/16/21 and per the terms and conditions that you agreed to, your membership auto renews each year on the same date. All member benefits are sent via email. I will cancel your subscription today. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. I recommend checking your spam folders as we do not show any of the previously sent emails bounced.

    Stay safe!
