Although very friendly, there was no attempt to look and find what problem there was or was not. We simply talked there was no process of elimination or offer to rule out what type of rodents or wildlife possibly was present! I was left confused and wondering why he didnt look around, but I was told a wildlife expert would reach out, so far nothing as of yet. Confusing situation.Blasingame Pest Management, Inc.

Hello **************,We are saddened to hear that you were confused by our visit and we wish we had known this while we were there as we would have been happy to clarify any concerns in person.As we discussed at the appointment, based on your description of the situation and the sounds you have been hearing, we were confident that this was a wildlife issue, not a small rodent issue. We do not offer any type of wildlife control, so this is why we recommended that you contact a wildlife management company, and this is also why we did not charge you for the visit. We did not feel that it would be right to charge you for a full rodent inspection when we knew we would most likely not be able to help in this situation which we explained. We mentioned a wildlife management company that we refer our customers to in situations like yours and as per your request, we reached out to this company for you and provided them with your contact information. They called you twice Friday 1/26/23 and left a voicemail. Again, we are sorry that this situation was confusing to you as that was not our intention. We did not want to waste your time and money when we were confident, after discussing it with you at the appointment that it was out of our scope of practice and licensing. We started using Blasingame Pest Management after not renewing our services with another ********************* We've been with BPM for close to 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with them. ************** ***** is so attentive to any problems we might be having. He truly listens and does not rush through to get to the next job. He takes his time and still seems to be on time or even early to every appointment. ****** *** in the office is also been a joy to work with. You can tell this is a family owned business because they put their ************ in everything they do. They know their stuff! This is a company that consist of many years of expertise and goes back for generations. BPM is very professional. They treat their customers like your part of their family. If you have a particular problem and need a company that will not only do a good job, but has the knowledge to eliminate the issue. Blasingame is wonderful! Theyre super nice and easy to work with. They give recommendations and advice without trying to sell you on something. We had a new Tech today, *****. He was great, very friendly, good at his job. We needed a company to get rid of German roaches, I believe brought in from instacart. My son found this Company for **, he was an exterminator in *******, he knew what questions to ask, this company is not close to us and they took us in to solve our problems. This was the 1st of the year, problems solved in 3 months. I have communicated with ****** ***, ***** and now *****, Great People and a ************** I highly recommend this Company.
