      If I could give no stars I would. The staff is SO rude. My husband and I had both called multiple times to find out what dates were available for the MSF course and the woman at the front desk, Belinda, was very disrespectful to us both. I registered for the basic rider course- was actually supposed to start the course this evening- instead I got a phone call this morning informing me that the course was canceled because I was the only one that signed up. When I called back to get more information about why and that I was not informed there was a minimum amount of people for the class and if that wasn't met then I'd have to either reschedule or get a refund. This woman would not allow me to say anything to her that wasn't "refund or reschedule", she then told me she'd have Mr. Jones call me when he came in and then HUNG UP ON ME. This man was just as rude as she was, he didn't ask me any questions or anything, just immediately asked me where to send my refund to, told me he couldn't refund it to my card so they'd send me a check. If they treat adults this way, I cannot even imagine how horrendous they treat children that go to their facility..
